I think we’re all on board by now that we should be decreasing the amount of money we spend on large corporations and increasing the amount of money we spend on local businesses. So now, it is just a matter of question ~ which local businesses will you be supporting?
Of course, while we have a ton of content about awesome restaurants in Düsseldorf worth visiting, a lot of them aren’t open for daily business at the moment. However, many of them are still open for pickup or delivery.
Ordering food for pickup or delivery is one of the easiest ways to support local restaurants at the moment. It delicious, it supports the local restaurant, it prevents you from having to cook a meal, and it saves you time!
We’ll look at ways we can support local shops in a later post, but for now, to curb that hunger, here are 50 awesome local restaurants that are offering pickup and/or delivery!
Many of them offer pickup and delivery options on their websites directly or by giving them a call. You can also use the new German-wide website that was recently built to support local restaurants, localgastro.de, or if you already have the app, you can also order on Lieferando, a lot of local businesses have since added their restaurants on here (even Fuchschen!).
