Its informative article thanks.
This list includes a lot of work, kudos however it is just a List of places in Ddorf where you can have breakfast and certainly not the best ones. SORRY
Hi there Betty!
We took a vote online with our readers to form this list, so they certainly are the best for others. We all have different opinions though! ? Why not suggest a few that you would recommend checking out??
Hey Jenna
Again: you put a lot of work in it, so kudos and no need to feel so attacked, I respecr your effort and intention. You have a public site with a comment box so expect reactions. And yes you are right I should recommend sth myself IF onöy there was a place I could recommend. This is the reason why I keep searching and reading articles like yours to see if I missed sth. Unfortunately there are no spectacular breakfast places like e.g. in North America only regular ones with the same old menue.
Cafe Buur certainly offers a big visual satisfaction however the dishes are tasteless and overpriced.
No problem, I definitely understand! Being Canadian, I certainly miss a good french toast, scrambled eggs & bacon breakfast. Can’t say I’ve actually found any great ones in Düsseldorf yet. Actually, last week I was walking along Lorettostrasse and noticed a new one called “7 Sundays“, they have breakfast all day long, 7 days a week. I’ll definitely be checking out that one once it’s open. Another one that comes close in my mind is Wilma Wunder they have a great breakfast called “Canadian Morning” with maple syrup, pancakes, fried eggs and bacon – definitely recommend checking it out!
PS: If you ever do find ones worth mentioning, let us know and we’ll update the list!
I went to Schwan in Pempelfort today and they don’t do breakfasts. Maybe you want to check with them? Any how thanks for the great list!
Hey there Mayra!
Thanks for letting me know! ?
I called to confirm, and they said they do offer breakfast at all of their locations. However, a couple of them only offer breakfast on weekends (Derendorf & Pempelfort). In case anyone reading this comment is curious, their locations and hours of breakfast offerings can be found here: https://www.schwan-restaurant.de/fruehstueck_im_schwan
I will also add this in the text of the blog post to avoid any confusion! ?
All the best,
Jenna
