September 4th: Catch em all Düsseldorf City Tour

on
September 2, 2016

Say what? A Catch em all Düsseldorf City Tour? From Karachi, Pakistan to Perth, Australia to Glasgow, Scotland, right back here to Düsseldorf, Germany, the streets are filling up with Pokéfans and the buses are coming out to offer you the Pokébus experience of a lifetime.

So, when we talked about Düsseldorf creating a crazy cool swimming pool on the Rhine, we didn’t know things would escalate to Pokemon Go Bus Tours around the city.

Well, it’s here and it’s happening this weekend on Sunday, September 4th!

After the Rheinbahn hosted the first ever Düsseldorf Pokémon-Bahn Tour on August 17th, it was clear that this Poképhase is just beginning!

Therefore, the Catch em all Düsseldorf City Tour hosted by Düsseldorf Marketing and Tourism in partnership with Hop On Hop Off CityTour Düsseldorf, is bringing Düsseldorf the best Pokemon hunt of the year.

This Sunday, September 4th @ 17:45, the Pokemon hunt begins at the Königsallee Bridge (Steinstraße).

The hunt will take you on a tour of the city while passing by many Pokéstops and stopping along the way to catch-em-all.

Duration: Approx. 3 hours
Price: 10 Euro per person

While we found this Catch em all Düsseldorf City Tour definitely newsworthy, we’d also love to know what other types of Pokémon events you’d love to see around the city? Perhaps if you can inspire the tourism board enough, they’ll host something even more out of the world.

Note: The tour itself will be in German, but it’s the adventure that counts! Most of the tour will be interactive on your phone and it’s a neat experience to get out and explore the city from a different point of view.
